So it means I can apply in August as I am qualified to apply in July. How about my PD? Will it be August since I applied in August? For schedule A, the PD is the I-140 receipt date.

I am working in company Vision System Group Inc (VSG INC). They are under USCIS investigation and involved in illegal activities. (Vision Systems Group Inc., was indicted in a 10-count federal indictment that included one count of conspiracy, eight counts of mail fraud, and one count of 'Notice of Forfeiture' in the amount of $7.4 million.) .

Company first delayed the payment by 6 weeks. They pay salary more then one month late (example on March 7, I get salary on period Jan 16- Jan 31). This (late payment) they are doing since last more then one year. On March 12th, 2010 they send email saying VSG and its entire sister concern companies are acquired by Zolon (Zolon Corporation) and send there HR manager's email addresses for communication with company. In other email they attached memo from zolon company's CEO that describes that they will pay March(1-15) salary on April 10 and March(16-31) on April 26 and so on. They also told that they will pay Feb(whole months) salary when ever they can. I sent many emails for Feb Salary, VSG HR ppl are saying you should ask new management for salary I (VSG HR ppl) am also now employee for Zolon. I talk to Zolon HR ppl and I told if I dont get Feb salary then I will complain DOL and file a case throgh attorney. Zolon HR ppl are saying Zolon' responsibility of paying salary is from March only.In reality VSG should have paid this salary already, we (might) pay but dont know when. You can file case and lets attorney decide. I dont care.
How should complain about salary to DOL should I complain against Zolon or VSG or both? Now there is no VSG. will I get success? Zolon might slip away by saying I acquired from March.
It is also possible Zolon and VSG owner might be relatives. and want to make money by not paying Feb salary.
Please advice.

Currently on H1B 8th year extension which will expire on 25th June, 2009.
Labor PD: 9th August, 2004
Labor cleared: 11th September, 2007.
I-140 (approval pending) filed on 4th October, 2007. Received at USCIS on 5th October, 2007.

My EB2 (the job requirement was Undergraduate degree with 5 years of experience) was rejected due to the 3-year degree and is in the appeals process. I have an EB3 pending at NSC for the same labor.
I can also move into a new role which probably has an EB2 requirement of Masters degree. And I have completed my MBA here. Will I be able to use my MBA degree obtained in the USA and port my priority date to a new EB2 application?

I am not sure of USCIS P.O. Box address, but in general Fedex can't be sent to USPS P.O. Box.
Very rarely USCIS gives street address for sending application.

Ok Guru's I am in an awkward situation. My GC got approved some time in Aug 2008. But before the approval of my GC my wife in india applied for H4 visa based on my H1b. The consulate approved her H4 and stamped it on her passport last month. Even though I am on GC now. i have files I-824 for her Follow to Join.
Now the question I have is.
1- Can she travel to US on that H4 (the visa stamp is valid till 2010)?
2- If the CBP agents at the aiport let her in the country can I file for her I-485 and have her wait here on AOS?
Let me know what you guys think. On mountain crossed and still more hills keep coming.
Talk to lawyer. My feeling is that if she had H4 status before leaving US and just got a renewal, she can come on H4 visa though your GC is approved when renewal is pending. However she should have applied the renewal before your GC is approved. Also, filing 485 may not cause any issue.

Vincent was indeed hidden in the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. You can get him the first time you visit there. Somewhere in the Mansion is a bit of paper with four clues on it (the last is in invisible ink) telling you that someone is locked away in the basement and by getting these four clues right, you'll find the combination to open the safe and get the key to release him.
When you've got all four numbers, you open the safe and get attacked by a monster called Lost Number (don't ask how i remember all this. I have no idea). He's got one strong magical half that's vulnerable to physical attacks and one strong physical half that's vulnerable to magic. Eventually you'll kill one half off and be left with the other. I found that the physical half is more likely to kill you, so soon as the whole battle begins, only use magic attacks to kill off the physical side and be left with the nice and easy magic one.
Once you've killed him completely, you'll get a key and an Odin materia.
Go to the basement as per the storyline. Once you're down there, there's a screen with a long passageway leading up to the library. There's a door there. Open it. Find Vincent. You'll have to talk to him a couple of times though, until he just says "Leave me alone" or something similar. Do the whole Library / Sephiroth bit then come out and he'll join you.
Phew!

I am confused regarding the answers and would really appreciate any help answering them. Please review below staus for family and I and advise. Your reasons supporting the answer would be extremely helpful and much appreciated.

-Working in US since 2004 on a H1B so this is my 7th year extension.
-This would be the second instance of filing the extension working with the same company -I switched my H1B to back in 2006.
-I-140 was filed in March 2007 and approved in October the same year.
-I-485 for family and I was filed in July/August wave in 2007.
-LCA was filed last week and H1B renewal and extension of stay petition is expected to be filed next week. I have only 2 1/2 months remaining. Should that be a worry?
I had been using an attorney for all my previous filings for any kind of case but don't want to go back to him any more because of the quality of service, or lack thereof, I have been receiving from him lately. Not to mention the fee he has quoted is 50% more than last time. Even my office finds the amount to be very outrageous therefore they have decided to help me out and file the case themselves.

Are there any PERM approvals with priority date after DEC 08? I believe a lot of people on IV have already passed this stage (Many may have EAD by now) and there may not be many in this PERM queue. There are people like us who are still stuck with PERM and need to hear from fellow IVians if they are aware of the reasons for the PERM delays. It is taking more than 10 months to get the regular PERM approvals.

From my passive reading about PERM on this forum and other forums, it seems like DOL is currently processing Nov 2008 PERM cases. So, I doubt you will see many people who have approved PERMs from after Dec 2008. But hang in tight, your time will come!
